So as many of you all know we have been in business for over 9 years. We have made some pretty awesome contacts in this time, We have had the pleasure of working for top people such as Hope Ramaphosa, Masterchef SA, The indian Consulate General, and met some unbelievable people on our journey in the process. Now of the thousands of people we have met and done business with, not so much as one of them has ever in our lifetime accussed us of theft or been dishonest in anyway. You may ask yourself ” why am I telling you this?” Well let me begin telling you as we may not have an abundance of money, rich parents who give us everything we want like spoiled kids and we may not have big fancy cars and high profile jobs but you know what? we do not need those things to make us successful or happy because we were not raised that way. Our happiness comes from a little thing which we call “INTEGRITY” this word is thrown around in just about every companies values but very few stand by it or know what it actually means.

You see about a year back we took on a modification job on a swimming pool. The owner which I will not mention his name, did not disclose that there was a high water table in the complex which he resided at. I mean everyone knew about it accept us and apparently the owner of the house. This was all completely new news to him but anyway once the contract started we encounted the problem and instead of packing up like we should have done we did what any normal person would have done and that was to stay and try everything possible to stop the water and continue the project.

During this contract we encounted many contractors and delays. We also got to know these people well enough to know that some of them were there just to rake in some extra money by taking the owner for an absolute fool. They were charging him for things which were never even done or installed, they took the piss out of him and at the time I saw what was going on and told the owner but he did not listen to me. We navigated the contract and watched everything going on and everything that occured we reported to him. We even went as far as trying to keep his items safe by putting them in safe places to avoid them been stolen and continued telling him the happenings while he was away on his family vacation.

Due to the delays caused we took the liberty of even working on X-Mas day and night to ensure his pool was ready for him when he returned. I remember sitting by myself on X-Mas night listening to so many happy familes celebrate while I sat alone when I should have been at home with my wife but I thought to myself ” A happy client will be worth it ”

Two days after that he arrived home and he seemed to be ok with everything he asked that we come put chemicals in the pool which we did free of charge and gave him 2 free cleans as well after that. But then one day he called us randomly and started yelling to which I myself went and had a meeting with him and his wife. They were not happy about certain things which I agreed to fix free of charge no problem at all. But then he started wanting work done free of charge and materials as well which under normal circumstances I would have done no issue but due to financial reasons at the time and on the basis that people do not work for free, he would sure as hell not and neither would anyone else I know.

So the minute I said I am sorry I just cant help you free of charge, where it was a mistake we made sure we will fix it but where there are additional things required which need to be paid for I cannot do it, then the true colours of this individual came out. And at the time a family member of mine had just passed away and I was feeling the hurt of this, and this inconsiderate low piece of Sh%^& turns around and says you get what you deserve! I managed to keep my cool and remained calm in all aspects as I knew I was far from in the wrong and that he was just making an ass of himself so I let him wabble on and when I was not giving him a reaction he tried hitting below the belt again. he is such a coward that he swears at me then says ” dont come near my property or my family ” Now come on anyone with a bit of brains knows that if you not paying for our services why the hell would we want to come to your house?

So anyway that evening I see we got a google review from him and everything in this review was utter crap and against the law actually but I never did anything about it and even thou its against googles policy to allow someone to put the names of someone they are talking about and its especially against the law to lie about someone and discriminate against them like he done. He called us thieves and liers and other things which kids usually would say or spoiled brats when they dont get there own way. I still to this day do not know what we stole as he could never give us an answer when we asked him. The way I see it is you win some and you lose some, let it go and move on. The thing is this excuse of an individual cant let it go its consuming him and he clearly has nothing better to do with his time, he even at a point wanted us to report to him before taking on new jobs hahahaha what planet is this guy from? That crap might work on his wife and kids but trust me we do not report to you that is for sure. Not only that but I remember him saying his job is to ensure his clients are happy, Ok but he works for the gambling industry so is he saying he makes himself happy while he takes your money and watches you go down the shit hole?

So this is what happened next.

We received a call from a client on a Sunday in desperate need of assistance because her pool was infested with mosquitoes and it was green. We agreed to assist her with pleasure now this woman happened to reside in the same complex as this person actually right accross the way 2 houses up, I was in 2 frames of mind but thought what the hell let us go as we not there for him. I used my fiance car and security let us straight in, we did what we needed to and left but had to return the next day for a vacuum. I then used my vehicle which is branded and again we went in did what we needed to and left. One of my guys had removed a leaf catcher to improve the circulation on this pool as it was clearing but not quick enough and this woman was asking us when it would clear. I was on site on contracts back to back so I sent 2 of my guys with an uber to sort out the last of the things but to there surprise they were now denied access to the complex, crossed questioned by the security and asked if they had weapons. They then called the guy which hates us why I do not know as we were not there to see him but someone else and he had advised the security not to allow us in.

Im sorry who is he to decide which service provider clients can use? He owns one unit in the complex and that makes him king Tutt? Please spare me the details here that is honestly just pathetic and the fact that he is still on about this 1 year later is even more pathetic , Lastly since he is so worried about the safety of himself and his family, trust me if someone was going to carry a weapon and come kill you it sure as hell would not be at your complex! I watched a movie once where it was a similar scenario and this guy put up cameras and electric fencing and just when he thought he was safe because he knew everything that he had said and done was lies and bullshit, just when he thought he had covered every angle and ensured he was untouchable was the day he got into his fancy car and drove to the shop as he usually does and that day, a random day, a random time he made the biggest mistake and ended up in a brutal car accident which took his life. We say count your blessings because you never know when it could be your last day and becareful about what you say about others karma always comes around.
