How do you set a digital timer?

Now this is probably the most asked question in the pool industry and it really can be intimidating at first but below we show you a simple effective way to set a Top Tronic digital timer.

Now remember this timer has 16 schedules of which you can choose from and it has a backup battery so it is able to keep its time should you have no power.

• So first off you will want to reset the timer and to do this just use a small screwdriver or match stick and press the reset button.
• Next you will need to set the current time and date. To do this you simply press the P button and the D+ button this will let you set the day.
• Now to set the time, you press the clock button and the H+ for the hour and M+ for minutes.
• Once you have set the date and time it is time to decide which days you want the timer to turn on so lets say you want only a Monday, or a Monday, Wed & Friday or everyday of the week. You will push the P button then D+ to give you the selection.
• Now select the time you want it to come on. By this you push the H+ for hour and M+ for minutes.
• Just remember you should see a on with a number 1 at the bottom left of the display this means its the 1st schedule and its to turn on.
• Now you want it to turn off at a certain time so you press the P button, make sure that the bottom left display changes from 1 on to 1 off. and repeat the same thing by pushing the H+ for hour and M+ for minutes.
