What pool is the cheapest to build?
Now beside purchasing a Intex pool we are referring to either building an above-ground pool or in-ground pool and the answer is:
An above ground swimming pool would be the cheapest because its less labor and work due to the fact that there is no digging other than a small foundation outline.
