Why is your pump not priming

There are many reasons you may ask " why is your pump not priming?"

I am not going to go into to much detail but I will give you a few tips to check

1. Pump lid might be cracked
2. Weir vac lid might not be sitting correctly
3. Pump O-ring not sitting correctly
4. Mechanical seal needs replacing
5. Leak on suction line
