Does your Kreepy Krauly follow the same route?
This is a huge problem especially on the smaller pools but the easiest way is to determine if your pipes length is to long or to short. How do you do this? its simple take the distance from your weir ( where the kreepy usually plugs into ) to the furthest corner of the pool. Your pipes should just reach there.
Alternatively the next thing you could do here is to add a hose weight to your pipes.
