How to remove sand out your pool
Many people across the world sit with issue with sand in there pools. Perhaps you had a recent renovation done to your home or around the pool paving it does not really matter. The bottom line here is that 90% of contractors never clean up after themselves and you unfortunately find your self stuck in a situation where there is sand in your pool ! Not only does this look terrible but it can damage your pump should the auto cleaner suck it up so what do you do?
Firstly you going to want to fill your pool right to the brim and go get yourself a 8 wheeler vacuum head or vacuum brush.
Now set your multiport on waste this will ensure the sand does not go through your filter
Next take a pool brush and brush the sand into one pile in the corner of the pool.
Now connect your vacuum and turn your pump on, work quick and gently as your do not want the sand to move upwards as this will cause your water to become brown and cloudy.
Remember you are vacuuming straight out so you will lose quite a bit of water but this is the best way know to man. Hope this helps
