Is your dominator running slow?

Yet another great question here regarding the Dominator series pool cleaner.

Why is your dominator running so slow instead of cruising at full speed around your pools surface?

The most common cause here is it is more than likely the plastic bearings which are located on the left side slot of the machine ( as picture below) you will find 2 in that slot and a 3rd one found on the right side of the machine in the gear block ( as picture below.)

What causes them to go? Usually sand and small particles in the pool and because they are not stainless steel bearings which run on lubricants this does tend to happen quite often. Its plastic what can i say.?
